It’s the night to “dress to impress” and prepare for a dazzling evening as you join 10 of Las Vegas’ most prized chefs for a black-tie event. Featuring five courses of incomparable cuisine and sumptuous wine, you’ll bask in the light of decadence throughout the evening. Guests will also witness the unveiling of the original art piece created by Odyssey’s 2008 Artist-In-Residence, Barbara Reynolds. Round-out this sublime evening by participating in our exclusive silent and live auctions, offering the opportunity to capture such offerings as an original work of art or a team of chefs in your very own kitchen, crafting a custom gourmet experience just for you and your guests!
V.I.P. Reception 5 – 6 p.m., Silent Auction 6 - 7 p.m. and Five-Course Dinner, Entertainment and Live Auction 7 - 11 p.m.

THE CRAB BROKER CELEBRITY CHEF GOLF TOURNAMENT
LAS VEGAS PAIUTE RESORT
Today is your chance to join the city’s most celebrated chefs in a round of golf at the stunning Las Vegas Paiute Golf Resort, designed by architect Peter Dye. You won’t simply be watching the game, however, as this is your chance to play along side your favorite chef! You’ll need to book early for this popular charity event to be sure you are teamed-up with the chef of your choice. After the game, mingle with all of our chefs at the ever-popular Bourbon St. BBQ and Silent Auction.
7 a.m. - 6 p.m. There will be prize money this year for the top 4 places,
so make sure your game is up to par!
$225 per person or $900 per foursome (chef included)
